CMarie Studio Return Policy

• Return requests must be initiated within 5 days of the date received.

• Returns over $200 are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless otherwise specified. See Custom Commission for additional details if applicable.

• Downloadable print purchases are not subject to availability of refunds.

• Refund amount is not guaranteed and is dependent upon the condition of the items returned. CMarie Studio reserves the right to deny a refund for items not in their original condition and packaging.

• Items are to be returned via the preferred shipper at customer expense, including insurance, excluding any applicable sales tax.

Exchanges

• CMarie Studio does not offer exchanges. Replacement or substitute product must be purchased separately.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be credited to the payment method used for the original order. Typically, we process the credit within five business days of receiving the return. However, if please refer to policies of PayPal, Affirm, Square and your bank as they may have other/additional processes and/or take longer to apply a credit to your account.

Custom Commissions:

• Artist accepts custom commissions by written order.

• Average estimated project time from order to completion is 6-8 weeks. Please note: weather conditions such as high humidity, extreme heat and dryness may cause delays.

• Artist will order materials relevant to the commission based on the agreement as needed.

• A signed project description order confirmation with a 50% retainer will be required upon agreement. 

• The remaining 50%, plus applicable sales tax is due upon completion.

• Change order requests to the original agreed design are subject to new negotiations and additional fees based on the estimated new scope of work required.

Custom Commissions: Cancellations + Returns + Refunds

• We want you to love your commission! If for any reason the commission is subject to a cancellation request prior to completion 50% of the retainer is non-fundable.

• CMarie Studio will determine if any other portion of the retainer is refundable, which will be determined on a case by case basis. 

• Time spent, scope of work performed and materials purchased will be some factors of consideration.

• Requests for custom commission returns + refunds must be made within 72 hours of receipt, using the processes as previously outlined. Please see the above policy for return + refund request processes and documentation requirements.

• Returns or requests for completed custom commissions will be subject to review. CMarie Studio will retain a restocking fee of 30%, plus sales tax as applicable.

Customer Instructions

1. Within 5 days of purchase, contact CMarie Studio to initiate a return via email, https://www.cmariestudio.com/contact 

2. Once the request has been approved, we will send you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Print out the RMA form to include with the returned package.

3. Customer is responsible for return shipping, including any tracking or insurance.

CMarie Studio reserves the right to change the above return policy at any time for any reason without notice.
